| CVE-2026-34941 | 1 Bytecodealliance | 1 Wasmtime | 2026-04-10 | 5.3 Medium |
| Wasmtime is a runtime for WebAssembly. Prior to 24.0.7, 36.0.7, 42.0.2, and 43.0.1, Wasmtime contains a vulnerability where when transcoding a UTF-16 string to the latin1+utf16 component-model encoding it would incorrectly validate the byte length of the input string when performing a bounds check. Specifically the number of code units were checked instead of the byte length, which is twice the size of the code units. This vulnerability can cause the host to read beyond the end of a WebAssembly's linear memory in an attempt to transcode nonexistent bytes. In Wasmtime's default configuration this will read unmapped memory on a guard page, terminating the process with a segfault. Wasmtime can be configured, however, without guard pages which would mean that host memory beyond the end of linear memory may be read and interpreted as UTF-16. A host segfault is a denial-of-service vulnerability in Wasmtime, and possibly being able to read beyond the end of linear memory is additionally a vulnerability. Note that reading beyond the end of linear memory requires nonstandard configuration of Wasmtime, specifically with guard pages disabled. This vulnerability is fixed in 24.0.7, 36.0.7, 42.0.2, and 43.0.1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-0810 | 2 Gitoxidelabs, Redhat | 3 Gix-date, Enterprise Linux, Logging | 2026-04-09 | 7.1 High |
| A flaw was found in gix-date. The `gix_date::parse::TimeBuf::as_str` function can generate strings containing invalid non-UTF8 characters. This issue violates the internal safety invariants of the `TimeBuf` component, leading to undefined behavior when these malformed strings are subsequently processed. This could potentially result in application instability or other unforeseen consequences. | ||||
| CVE-2026-34831 | 1 Rack | 1 Rack | 2026-04-03 | 4.8 Medium |
| Rack is a modular Ruby web server interface. Prior to versions 2.2.23, 3.1.21, and 3.2.6, Rack::Files#fail sets the Content-Length response header using String#size instead of String#bytesize. When the response body contains multibyte UTF-8 characters, the declared Content-Length is smaller than the number of bytes actually sent on the wire. Because Rack::Files reflects the requested path in 404 responses, an attacker can trigger this mismatch by requesting a non-existent path containing percent-encoded UTF-8 characters. This results in incorrect HTTP response framing and may cause response desynchronization in deployments that rely on the incorrect Content-Length value. This issue has been patched in versions 2.2.23, 3.1.21, and 3.2.6. | ||||
| CVE-2026-28422 | 1 Vim | 1 Vim | 2026-03-04 | 2.2 Low |
| Vim is an open source, command line text editor. Prior to version 9.2.0078, a stack-buffer-overflow occurs in `build_stl_str_hl()` when rendering a statusline with a multi-byte fill character on a very wide terminal. Version 9.2.0078 patches the issue. | ||||
| CVE-2025-32800 | 1 Anaconda | 1 Conda-build | 2025-08-01 | 9.8 Critical |
| Conda-build contains commands and tools to build conda packages. Prior to version 25.3.0, the pyproject.toml lists conda-index as a Python dependency. This package is not published in PyPI. An attacker could claim this namespace and upload arbitrary (malicious) code to the package, and then exploit pip install commands by injecting the malicious dependency in the solve. This issue has been fixed in version 25.3.0. A workaround involves using --no-deps for pip install-ing the project from the repository. | ||||
| CVE-2015-5330 | 2 Redhat, Samba | 3 Enterprise Linux, Storage, Samba | 2025-04-12 | N/A |
| ldb before 1.1.24, as used in the AD LDAP server in Samba 4.x before 4.1.22, 4.2.x before 4.2.7, and 4.3.x before 4.3.3, mishandles string lengths, which allows remote attackers to obtain sensitive information from daemon heap memory by sending crafted packets and then reading (1) an error message or (2) a database value. | ||||
| CVE-2009-1439 | 2 Linux, Redhat | 3 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Mrg | 2025-04-09 | N/A |
| Buffer overflow in fs/cifs/connect.c in CIFS in the Linux kernel 2.6.29 and earlier allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (crash) via a long nativeFileSystem field in a Tree Connect response to an SMB mount request. | ||||

| CVE-2022-23718 | 1 Pingidentity | 1 Pingid Integration For Windows Login | 2024-11-21 | 7.6 High |
| PingID Windows Login prior to 2.8 uses known vulnerable components that can lead to remote code execution. An attacker capable of achieving a sophisticated man-in-the-middle position, or to compromise Ping Identity web servers, could deliver malicious code that would be executed as SYSTEM by the PingID Windows Login application. | ||||
| CVE-2019-20433 | 1 Gnu | 1 Aspell | 2024-11-21 | 9.1 Critical |
| libaspell.a in GNU Aspell before 0.60.8 has a buffer over-read for a string ending with a single '\0' byte, if the encoding is set to ucs-2 or ucs-4 outside of the application, as demonstrated by the ASPELL_CONF environment variable. | ||||
